Price Vise Terms of Service

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the basic matters regarding the conditions and procedures for using the internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by {Price Vise} (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

• These terms and conditions take effect by being announced to users on the service screen or by other methods.
• The Site may change the content of these terms and conditions, and the amended terms will take effect by being announced or notified in the same manner as outlined in Clause 1.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

• Member: An individual or organization that enters into a service use contract with the Site or is granted a user ID.
• Applicant: An individual or organization applying for membership.
• ID: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member and approved by the Site to identify the Member and enable the use of the Service.
• Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member to confirm the Member's identity and protect their confidentiality.
• Termination: The cancellation of the service use contract by either the Site or the Member.

Chapter 2: Service Use Contract

Article 4 (Formation of the Use Contract)

• Clicking the agreement button at the bottom of the terms is considered as agreeing to these terms and conditions.
• The use contract is established when the Site approves the application for use after the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Application for Use)

• To use the Service, the applicant must fill out and submit the user information required in the Site's prescribed registration form.
• All user information entered in the registration form is considered to be accurate. Users who do not provide their real name or accurate information are not legally protected and may face restrictions on the Service.

Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)

• The Site approves applications for use, except in cases falling under Clauses 2 and 3.
• The Site may defer approval of an application until the reasons for restriction are resolved in the following cases:
  • a. If there is no availability in the service-related facilities.
  • b. If there are technical difficulties.
  • c. If the Site deems it necessary for other reasons.
• The Site may reject an application in the following cases:
  • a. If the application is made using another individual's (or the Site's) name.
  • b. If false information is provided in the application.
  • c. If the application is made with the intent to disrupt public order or good morals.
  • d. If the applicant does not meet the Site's prescribed application requirements.
